I do love a good sea salt scrub. But what might someone with type 1 diabetes do with an old bag of brown sugar? Exfoliate!
Honestly, this simple blend is nothing short of luscious. After whipping it up, my hands were smooth as a baby’s clean derriere.
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: jojoba, almond or any other essential oil you’re into
Mix into a jar, hop in the shower, apply a dollop to skin, rinse and repeat a week later.
Happy, healthy pores! ❤
