The Challenge of Eating Clean

For those of us in search of a gentle diet upgrade, a clean eating reset might be the golden ticket. In the spirit of spring cleaning our systems, I wanted to share some love for the upcoming 21-Day Eat Clean Challenge with tuja wellness!


This deliciously healthy journey kicks off in a few sleeps (May 4th to be exact), and I’m pretty stoked to be the contributing nutritionist on day 15. The challenge focuses on fulfilling us with fresh whole foods, rather than leaving us deprived and hangry.

During the challenge, I’ll be sharing my fave healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes (here’s a wee teaser pic).
